Our services.

  • Integrative Massage

Integrative massage is a holistic approach focused on the entirety of the person. Centered around intention & technique, I will utilize a variety of modalities along with maintaining a space of peace and rest. Each session, we will discuss your needs for that day and create the best bodywork session specifically for you.

  • Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT)

SMRT is a positional release modality seamlessly integrated into any type of massage. It integrates soft tissue (including fascia, ligament, tendon and muscle), bone and the central nervous system. It is subtle and gentle and invites the body to rest and simply receive. Throughout your session, I will be assessing patterns of ease within your body. I then will position accordingly and hold there for 30-45 seconds. The aim is to allow the body time to “release” which encourages tissue to soften and bone to gently realign properly. This typically allows the body to accept deeper and more effective work as well. I am trained and certified as a full body Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT) therapist and use this incredibly effective modality throughout every session.

  • Swedish

Rest and rejuvenation are the aim for Swedish massage. There are many benefits to the body in receiving regular, relaxation massage. Relaxation, improved circulation, pain relief, stress reduction, improved sleep, energy and immune function just to name a few. I compliment this service by adding aromatherapy with quality essential oils.

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialized massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting the natural drainage of lymph fluid from tissues. This gentle, rhythmic technique helps reduce swelling, improve circulation, and enhance overall immune function. I use light, precise movements to encourage the flow of lymph, effectively aiding in detoxification and alleviating conditions like lymphedema and post-surgical swelling. MLD sessions can also provide relaxation and stress relief, making it a beneficial complementary treatment for various health and wellness goals.

  • Face Massage (add on)

This is a sweet add on to level up any massage! Great for allergy season, relaxation or showing some extra love to an often overlooked part of the body. I start with addressing any facial tension with SMRT followed by facial cupping. I transition to manual lymphatic drain to move fluid & finish with a thorough scalp massage. I add in luxurious botanical skincare products from Alchemy Code and finish with quality essential oils for aromatherapy.

  • Scar Tissue Release

Scar tissue can be created through many circumstances in life and often we don’t give much thought to this tissue. However, many people are surprised to learn it can cause unexpected dysfunction in the body. Scar tissue can be formed from an accident, lifting weights, surgery to repair bone or tissue, cesarean birth, joint replacement, surgery to remove tissue or tumors, radiation treatments and more. Scar tissue is thickening of the connective tissues. The damaged tissue can create fascial pulls, compensation patterns and can restrict lymphatic flow. By releasing the tissue it can help the area to move more freely and receive more blood flow to encourage healing. I am happy to add in specific scar tissue work in any session, just let me know.
