With a strong foundation in anatomy and advanced training in Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Scar Tissue Release, and integrative bodywork, I combine skilled therapeutic techniques with an intuitive, thoughtful approach.

Whether you are navigating chronic stress, restricted mobility, physical discomfort, or simply carrying the weight of everyday stressors, each session is tailored to your unique needs that day.

And one of the greatest benefits of receiving bodywork at home? When your session ends, there is nowhere you need to go. No traffic to navigate, no immediate rush into your day. You have the opportunity to linger in rest, enjoy a cup of tea, or even take a nap before you return to life’s demands. I pack up and leave, and you get to stay right where you are-restored, relaxed, and at home.
